Blue Apple’s Pinocchia

Pinocchia was directed by Richard Conlon for Blue Apple Theatre an incredible company for adults with severe learning difficulties.

On account of lockdown, it was completely remote and I worked with Django Pinter to blend live and pre-recorded footage. Three live actors were placed in front of green screens and then inserted into a virtual set. Some audience members were completely fooled and thought we placed the actors in the same room. The set and artwork was created by Polly Perry and Carl Martin was the video tech.
